Disgusted in Vumatel!!!!! Fiber Down Again!!!!

This is my email to cell c this morning. My fiber has been down thrice this month. I am working remotely and unable to do so. Can another fiber service provider please come and place cables in the Wetton Ottery area please! Vumatel is disappointing!

Can you kindly advise me why the fiber is slow again in wetton/Ottery- Cape Town. This is becoming a common problem. Last night it was off since 12pm. I can’t believe my service provider would put us through this during this time or allow Vumatel to do this.

This is probably the 3rd time I’m two weeks!!!! I need to work from home- it’s essential for my family and for our economy.

I am going to report this to the authorities/ the regulators-this is day light *******. Shame on you cell c! To be capitalizing on people during a pandemic.

If this problem happens one more time I am moving to another service provider and asking my entire neighborhood to move with me and sign a petition to have Vumatel removed or another fiber service put in place.

This is getting out of hand.
