Disgusted in the lack of service

This company is the most pathetic company in the last mo the I have had no internet for days and they respond with an sms to say they can’t fix it remotely someone will contact you and then nothing then all of sudden internet is working and then a day or two later no internet again for hours and sometime a day but the service provider Afrihost is continuing to tell me when I phone there is nothing they can do but escalate the problem and vumatel have 72 hours to sort it so now again tonight 3 more days of no internet. Vumatel clearly is not able to provide any kind of internet infrastructure as they can not do a simple job of providing internet. What f@@k vumatel your lack of service is pathetic and the fact you hide behind the service providers and do not contact the clients to apologise and do your job is testament to the fact you don’t care you are just here to take as much money ass you can before the company implodes or someone else comes along and provides a better and more stable infrastructure I await you response if you have the guts to reply or even call me
