Disgusted Customer

I wrote a negative review few day ago about Vumatel's bad service. They responded by email asking my contact details and address which I provided.

No one has contacted me so far, instead I got a call from their customer who called to ask when will I be installing fibre at their home. The customer confirmed that she got my number from Vumatel, that I am a service provider who will be assisting her.
