Disgusted client

I am completely disgusted with the poor customer service and service delivery of vumatel I have paid and book for a installation more then 2 weeks ago and still haven't got confirmation of my installation date,I have also called into the call center to query this matter however I was taken for a fool by Nozipo from Durban who refused to give her surname and dropped the line on me....I would not recommend them to anyone
