Disgusted by the service from Vumatel

Disgusted by the service at Vumatel

I have been having trouble with my internet for the past 2 weeks. My ISP is cell c . Cell C has come out twice to check what the problem is. They even gave me a new router. They advised that Vumatel come out and check their line .Vumatel on the other hand refuses to send out a technician to solve the problem. When I called the Vumatel call centre on *** and asked to speak to a supervisor the lady says that there is no supervisor and i have to call back in the morning .How ridiculous is that. I have had no internet for 2 weeks . I am paying my monthly fee and no help whatsoever from Vumatel. I am disgusted at the lack of service from Vumatel. You guys at Vumatel employ incompetant people at your call centre. Disgusting service VUMATEL.
