Disgusted by the service at Vumatel

I am so disappointed in Vumatel.. I have been with them for almost 2 years now but every time u need assistance you struggle to get hold of them.. You call their lines but you won't get any help they keep forwarding your calls to technical but they never answer their phones.. I didn't have Fibre for about a week, on the 9th of February an agent came to my house and said the cord was broken and that they will get back to me.. I was told that they only replace the cable once if damaged but in my case I was just sent an invoice to pay R750 on the 11th of February and this is the first time the cable is damaged.. Another thing I was told was that the router had to be mounted on the wall during installation, but mine was never mounted and nothing was said. Now it's been almost 2 weeks with out any connection or assistance from them and I paid my monthly subscription.. When they sell their services they are quick to respond but when you need help you have to struggle and we pay them. I'm very disappointed and disgusted at the level of their service!! At this point in time I'm not happy at all and I'm even considering moving on to another service provider where I will see my value for money!!!
