Disgusted by service delivery

Thanks for bringing fibre to Mitchells Plain...however...please ensure that your sub-contractors have visible identification...none of your vehicles in the area has any signage or identification. None of them have a Safety file or any Safety features visible. When you need to speak to a senior/supervisor or anybody onsite...you are being brushed off or they remove their id-tags and tell you they not interested. Our roads are being damaged and nobody repair nor re-instate to original state. We have a piece of our road that has sunked in due to water damage, but it was just refilled with the old tar and left in that state for the past three weeks. If this was anywhere else ...like Parklands, CBD, Bothasig, Rondebosch, or any other "white" area ...it would have been a different situation. This i can promise you...everything would have been re-instated to original state. I wonder how they get their work signed off by the City (TDA) if this is how work. I came home on Wednesday night only to find a big hole in the middle of the street opposite my driveway. the hole wasn't even closed with barricading, or cordoned off or any safety feature. if it wasn't for the kids in the street warning me and other drivers, who knows what could have happened. i tried contacting your office, but nobody was available. i posted the pictures on their facebook page to show them , but not even that made a difference. all they said in response was...Sorry for this...we will look into this. Not a care in the world about the people. Is this the quality work Vumatel is delivering to the community....well I'm disgusted to say the least.
