DISGUSTED - BAD SERVICE
I had this issue April as well where my internet was off for 2 weeks even though I made payment........ May has come and gone and we are in June again still no internet even though payment was made on Tuesday 28 May 2024........ Guys get your act together provide a service that you are getting paid for this is pathetic start delivering and stop ignoring your clients complaints!!!!!!!!

05 Jun 2024, 11:45I am still without Wi-Fi....... Getting the run around from Vumatel and my ISP Fly.cool and no response from either of these. Now its a case that you can't transfer funds from VR-OVR and now i must be refunded and wait 20 days..... I will have to make a payment on a new order to have my internet re-instated!!!!! What the hell is up with you people.... do you think I have money just available to make payments as you request!!!!!! You have my money sort your incomptence out and render a service that you are being paid for. Maybe if you do something about your customer care service then you would have more positive reviews.
