Disgusted

I had Fibre installed in my property at 11am yesterday morning and was told that it would be connected in 30 minutes...it's has been well over 24 hours and a number phone calls later for its to still not be connected I was advised that I need to make payment there and then to have the service connected which I have done but I don't seem to be getting what I have paid for ...also when calling to afrihost I gwt told that they have connected an address nowhere close to where I currently reside ...I have asked 4 ppl today to cancel the subscription and refund me my money for them to all refuse ...this is disgusting and disappointing service
