Disgusted
Really disappointing, false advertising by Vumatel. I ordered Fibre through my ISP and paid the installation fee that Vumatel prescribes. Only after this was I informed by my ISP that Vumatel is in actual fact not live in my area, although all over the internet and every other ISP states Vumatel is live. How can this be allowed. And not even a response from Vumatel on their social media pages.

Good dayI have ordered fibre through my ISP Active Fibre and paid the Vumatel Installation fee last week.My ISP informed me this morning that Vumatel is not actually live in the area, but all over the internet it states that Vumatel is the only option and is live in my area.My address is 31 Devon Avenue, Dalview, Brakpan.I am really not happy with Vumatel and my ISP has tried everything to assist me but now we find out this.How can Vumatel advertise that they are live but in fact they are not. This is false advertising.I will really appreciate an urgent response
