You are a DISGRACE for the telecommunication industry. Not contactable - send a technician that is outsourced no idea what he does - says he will call - missing for almost 2 days.

I have no connection - YOU CANNOT BE CANTACTED . YET I am dependent on you to fix a FIBRE line.

What am I missing.

NEVER deal with Fibre where the name Vumatel appears. I am waiting - working from home - you costing me money due to incompetence - maybe litigation is the way to go
