DISGRACEFUL VUMATEL

Absolutely disgusted in Vumatels service. We have recently moved into a new place and have opened an account as well as set up a debit order with them. No line set up us yet and now being held random to the previous owners account not being paid up and they won't connect us. This has been ongoing for a week now. Not being able to get through to any managers. Spending hours on hold and to no avail. Seems like there aren't any managers that work there.

Poor poor service and cannot recommend Vumatels to anyone. EVER
