Discussed disappointed terrible never in my life

According to webafrica... You are the problem and canceled my order without me even knowing about it.. But webafrica did deduct all the money they I even got a sms to tell me congrats your line is active.... But I don't have a line that works I got a router 2 weeks ago if not longer but no installation (that should be included) and no one from vumatel has contacted me in 3 weeks going in to 4 now.. It is ridiculous... Why take 898 and 420 off my account.. That I must pay for something that I still don't have? No communication whatsoever apparently webafrica had to put in a new order? Why? How long should I still have to wait for something I already had to pay for?
