DISCRIMINATORY AND RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM A CALL AGENT.

Literally disappointed in the service I got from the call agent at Vumatel that lady was just rude from the start of the call till the end, we didn't even finish the call she hung up on me and auto auto-answer took me to the rating service yet my problem was still not resolved.
