Disconnection of wifi from Vodacom and Vumatel without prior notifications

That one star is also too good for the absolutely appalling after care service and follow up service from Vumatel and Vodacom alike. Both companies like passing the buck so too say. I'm on a month to month Vumatel Reach contract with Vodacom. The contract clearly states that 3 days prior to my wifi being disconnected I will receive a text with the payment url. Up to current I haven't received not a single payment url. And every month they cut the wifi. Right now I'm busy with my studies ans my wifi gets cut without any notification what so ever. And the amazing thing about this is the other day a technician, amazing guy, was out sorting the signal strength out of me, and he also informed vumatel about my request. When vumatel called me for a review on their technician I outlayed my problem and request to the consultant that called. And nothing seems to be working as I'm experiencing the same problem again. If I was at fault I'd gladly except the responsibility. But I think calling the vodacom customer care or Fibre department then being pushed around from consultant to consultant and everytime having to explain myself is ridiculous as it's not my responsibility nor does it state that on the contract that I have with Vodacom. Honestly I really don't know what else to say or who else to talk to about this, as everytime I'm told the issue is sorted and this happens. When the wifi was dropping signal I'm still paying for it. And it's been happening quite frequently over the past three to four weeks or so. Vodacom you guys used to be the best at customer care especially aftercare. What's gone wrong?? Thank you

Good day Venu

Please contact your ISP(Vodacom) as your service has expired and payment is required. Kindly note that we unfortunately can not assist with account related inquiries.

Kind Regards
The Vuma Team

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Vodacom tells me to contact you guys regarding payments. And FYI, payment can't be made without the "payment url". Read and understand before you comment. And it's obvious service gets expired without payment, and payment can only get done with payment url.
Pass the buck again, I'm changing to MTN, but vumatel is also involved with mtn. So you guys are passing the buck there as well. MTN will get tired of "the buck being pas"t to them and "part ways" with you guys, just like vodacom did.
