Disconnected Wifi and bad customer service

Very bad customer service. The do not make contact with their customers if the are having problems with account payment My line was disconnected as a result of non allocations to my account. A new line request was to be made. Upon calling the customer line I haven thrown around with one story after another. ASHLEY was supposed to have gotten back to me and still has not. I need my wifi ĺine restored .
