Disconnected for 12 days and counting...

Firstly vumatel did a shocking installation at my house, runnning white PVC piping over my front wall.

They agreed to fix by doing a reinstall only to find out that the Fibre cable is now to short. This was 12 days ago.... Literally not once have they updated me without me instigating it. We are left day after day wondering what is happening next with no Internet.

Worst of all, everytime I raise it they ******** just keep "confirming" that I'm connected.

Now I'm left paying an expensive isp for nothing...

At this rate they are making telkom look good

Guess what, after this post and sending it to them, I get a response that everything is working. IT IS STILL NOT WORKING. They just keep ignoring my messages and pretends everything is fine. I genuinely can't understand how they have gotten this far with their business. Day 13 and counting....

I was reconnected on Wednesday. It was short lived as we are down again on Sunday. 14 days and counting......

Best of all, no response from vumatel. Not even a follow (when it was working momentarily) to ask if all is okay. If I leave it with them nothing will happen. They must be so proud of their company.
