Disappointment with Afrihost and Vumatel

Afrihost and Vumatel. Very disappointing. Afrihost as ISP do their work and then Vumatel must come in for installation. What was described as a 2 hour wait for connectivity is now almost approaching 72 ours plus. Work and efficiencies just drop with all promises made and complaints escalated. This is exceptionally disappointing. Almost worse than Government. Please assist in sorting out asap
