Disappointing service from Vumatel

I have had a good experience with Vumatel for 3 years. However today Vumatel went down in Gauteng. Minimal information provided to customers.Vumatel is the service promoted by Telkom... but Telkom Call Centre Agents can "See lots of problems" but have not been briefed on the problem or estimation or service restoration. Vumatel released a tweet and facebook post saying there is a problem... but have provided no information on the problem or restoration time. Deeply disappointing. Very unprofessional.
