Disappointing service from Vox Telecom/VUMATEL

When I phoned them 5 days later after I haven't heard from them their response was that according to then VUMA resolved the problem. So where is the gross incompetence ? Vox or Vuma? I am very disappointed with both these companies as I had a very positive business interaction with them in the past.
