Disappointing service
Internet has been off since Wednesday, 25 Sept. WebAfrica has logged a call for fibre fault. A technician were to be sent out, but nothing as yet. There is just no urgency in resolving customer matters.

28 Sept 2024, 14:06A ticket has been logged and I was contacted to advise a technician will be visiting the premises. This has not occurred. I contacted the call centre this morning and I was holding on while they tried to contact technician to raise as urgent. Reference ***1
