Disappointing Service

ISP862020 It is unfortunate that there is no alternative fiber line supplier in our area, I would have switched out by now. Since Saturday the line has been down. I called Vox, who has been escalating to vumatel to have a technician contact me but no feedback. 5 escalations later, no vumatel contact. pathetic
