Disappointing service

I am so disappointed in the service that we’ve received from Vumatel and level 7 regarding our wifi. Our wifi has been off for 5 and half days now and no one has been sent out to come and fix the problem. We’re paying for a service that we’re not receiving and would not recommend Vumatel or Level 7 to anyone. You guys are absolutely useless. I will however move my business elsewhere.
