Disappointing service

<p>I requested for our CPE to be moved. An appointment was booked and a time and day was confirmed. The vumatel staff arrived 60 minutes late for the appointment. They then proceeded not to have the necessary equipment to do the job and were not prepared to wait for my builder to assist them. They promised to come back the following day to complete the job, but never arrived. After numerous phone calls they confirmed an appointment for 8h30 today. They arrived 3 1/2 hrs late after 2 phone calls from myself. They only partially finished the job and promised to return later on to complete it. I am still waiting for them to arrive to reconnect our line so that we can have wifi. There seems to be no sense of urgency or planning on their part. They don't seem to understand that people rely on internet to do their jobs. </p>
