Disappointing Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Vumatel during my scheduled installation today in Birdswood, Richards Bay.

The team that arrived had no visible identification and were not wearing proper PPE, which immediately raised concerns about their professionalism and safety standards. The vehicle they arrived in was also in a poor condition, which did not inspire confidence in the quality of workmanship I could expect.

Communication was another major challenge. I struggled to understand the team due to language barriers, and they also had difficulty understanding me. This made it very difficult to address basic installation questions and concerns.

Given these issues, I did not feel comfortable proceeding and made the decision to cancel the installation. I have also cancelled my new subscription with Vumatel, as I believe this experience reflects poorly on their brand and standards.

I would strongly encourage Vumatel to improve contractor vetting, communication, and professionalism, as this type of experience does not build trust with customers.
