Disappointing

I have been waiting for someone to reach out to me in regards to my internet, I was told to wait 48 hours for someone to come install the router which I've paid for already, and still no contact. I'm depended on the internet since I work from home. This is completely unacceptable. Seeing as though I'm paying for something I have not received I'd like a refund.
