disappointing customer

I'm sorry to say but I'm really disappointed in the service im getting from vuma. I logged a call for my faulty router and was told that somebody will get back to me within72 hours, but nobody contracted me. Again on Wednesday pass i logged a call and was said somebody will contact me soon. Still nobody contracted me. Very disappointed.
