Disappointed with Vumatel

The said infrastructure provider brags on Google that they offer the schools initiative of free fibre to schools, however, when they lay their fibre they very cleverly bypass public schools by two blocks so that they don't have to honour their commitment. This is sad Vumatel. Keep to your promise. Don't.mislead the public with your empty promises.
