Disappointed in Vuma

I was recently approached by one of the sales guys who work for Vuma and they did my application on the 22nd of Dec 2023 and I paid the R399 via my easy pay with my Capitec account and they figured since it’s was Christmas holiday they will get back to me on Wednesday the 27th but when I tired calling the number *** I can’t get through an agent and they keep telling me to “ leave a message “ they promised installation within 1/2 days and no communication has been done
