disappointed in the service

I have been given the run around from vumatel as to the “real” date for the installation of the CPE.

This is really getting to me as I’ve been told vumatel had damaged the property when they install the CPE devices. The body corp had advised they had a meeting with management but vumatel never came back to me.

I’ve been waiting on this CPE installation.

I haven’t agreed on a scheduled date but I got a text saying I was scheduled for the 7th January 2019

Please can someone get back to me
