Disappointed

I’m very disappointed with Vuma. I paid for installation on the 5th December 2025 after speaking to one of their consultants Vanessa, on the 5th of Jan 2026 I called telling Vanessa that I don’t need their services anymore cause I honestly don’t think installations would take a mont?! And wanting a refund and till todayi I haven’t received my money. I just want my money back that’s it.
