Disappointed Client

Vuma fibre cables in my street in Pelican park are exposed the children even play with them. Now as a client you have to pay R900 for reinstallation and that will be recurring problem. If a fault is found outside the perimeters of my house why do I need to pay to fix that. What is worse for me their technician claim I know the people who fiddle with their fibre and I don't stop them. I am just disappointed on how this matter was handled.
