Disappointed client

Fiber wires where found exposed and query logged Sunday. They can and fixed the line Monday however I have no internet since they 'fixed' the exposed line. Please note internet was working before. I have logged multiple request with Afrihost who is only tried there best to assist but it seems Vumatel is giving us both the run around. I have lost working days which means no pay and yet I will still be required to pay a full month's premium. I would understand if the error was from my side but it's not
