Disappointed and still waiting after two months

It’s been over eight weeks or since Vumatel promised a refund due to an unresolved outage in my area an issue they confirmed they wouldn’t be fixing anytime soon. Despite multiple follow-ups all I keep hearing is “it’ll reflect in your account after a few business days.” That promise has been repeated over and over, with no action taken.

Their lack of accountability, transparency, and urgency is deeply frustrating. I was a paying customer, and I deserve better treatment. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who expects reliable service or fair customer care.
