Disappointed and ****med by vumatel ****s

As advised by a Mweb employee that vumatel will be calling me regarding my new installation almost 2 weeks nobody called me up. Tried following up with Mweb no response same with Vumatel.. Work hand in hand to **** people and disappoint them.. Open serve does not do this to customers. I paid R400 to sit at my new property with no internet that's the service you get with no response and yet when it's time for payments they are quick to disconnect line but loves taking money.. I will go on every platform hereafter to give my 2 second bad and pathetic experience I had with vumatel and Mweb. Damn Rogues and ****s. Il go through Ombudsman next watch me.
