Disappointed

I do not have wifi at home my daughter is writing exams. The call center says it will take 24 to 48 hours for the technicians to get here. In the meantime what do I do with my daughter's exam. Fix this I do not owe you my account is not in errears I paid on the 22 of May my 28 days are not over. It was working fine this morning then it stopped,it's been 2 hours now ,I do not want to call in again so come fix this
