Disappointed

I wish I could give 0 stars .. I have been with out wifi since Tuesday.. I keep phoning and speaking to agents and told to wait 24 to 48 hours for my wifi to be activated .. ( not even installed ) just activated .. I keep getting told that it's a mistake on your side as you are treating my order as a new installation instead of a activation . I mean how long can it take to activate wifi .. I regret going to vumatel and would most definitely not recommend it to anyone .. might as well look for a different service provider .. refund my money so I can leave or get my wifi sorted out today no stories ..
