Disappointed

I stay at an Estate, Bloemfontein we have been without connection for the past 5 days, it's always the same "HYPA Update: Vuma Reach Customers in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas may experience no connectivity. Technicians are attending to the fault in the area. No ETA provided as yet". Now we are told it's not their problem, now it's Hypa.
