Disappointed

I've paid for services on the 24th of May 2025 I wasn't never connected,they said I should wait 24-48 hours to be activated I did,I tried reaching out to them today they are saying the account I use to pay was cancelled so I have to wait for my refund,I told them no I don't want a refund since it showing that the payment was done they must just allocate payment and activate my account they said it is impossible,I need to make another payment or wait for the refund,so I told them if that the case refund me with EFT so that I pay on the right account because my issue is am using internet for work and school it's been days without internet am unable to work,and they have cut or disconnected my services before time but I didn't complain just make a payment so that I'm able to work.the person from vumatel said I just have to wait for 10 -15 business days to get my refund.so all I need is activation
