Disappionted-Vumatel

Vumatel come and installed these wifi poles in our area,i signed up and asked that the wifi be installed in my back room which was done speedily.After two months,I asked them to come to move the wifi to my main house and what would the costing be,and it has been almost 3 weeks now that i have not even had a call.I had been speaking to the automated whatsapp and calls has been escalated and yet to date,I have not even received a call to ensure my request is being attended. I am greatly disappionted in the service provided and again,i sent a whatsapp message and no response.
