Did Vumatel **** me?

I placed an order via Telkom to have Vumatel Fibre installed. After about two months and numerous follow up's with both companies I still don't have Fibre, or feedback as to when it will be installed. Not that I want it now any longer, I have completely given up on this and moved along. Yet, I received a 2 month debit order deduction. This has been by far the poorest service experience I have had from any service provider
