Destroying our infrastructure

<p>Vumatel seem to be in the business of depriving citizens of electricity. They have cut off my power three times in the past week, and do not seem to be taking the problem seriously. Only a few days ago they assured me that they had fixed their mistake permanently. Today I have no power again.</p> <p> </p> <p>If Vumatel do not know what they are doing, why are they allowed to dig trenches all over town, destroying valuable power lines and infrastructure?</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be taking this up with the City of Johannesburg at the highest levels, to put a stop to this wanton destruction.</p>
