Delano from Vumatel

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding one of your technicians. His name is Delano. I had a connection issue with our seperate entrance. He came to have a look and said that he can install a router for us off the books in his private capacity and that it will then be attended to much sooner. Of course, I work from home and needed it done urgently. He charged me R1300 for this router. I've messaged him several times to say this router is having connection issues and his response is he will come around. To date he has failed to respond! Now, I know this is not your issue but him as a technician represent your company and is putting the company into disrepute.
