De*****ing clients

This is the baddest company I ever came across... On the 2nd of Aug I phoned to query how does vuma wifi work... I was then assisted and gave my details.... And only on the 16th I was send a message with a link to pay so they can come and install the wifi.... As I resieved the message they phoned to confirm did I receive the message... Then I payed... They then kept on sending me a message that they received my order I must pay.... I did send all the proof of payment and still till now nothing happened... They phoned me and said I must send the proof again... And what happened still nothing... They are de*****ing the people as I am not the only one that this happened to
