DECIEVING PERSUATION

A sales agent (Thabang Kgomo) signed me up on the 28th of November under the presence of "Black friday" weekend special . The special entailed an initial payment of R149.00 for uncapped bundle for 2 months as per the agent. he then advised me that my following installment would be in Jan for an amount of R399.00

so in Dec the 29th, my service was cut off because apparently i did not pay an amount of R311.00 which was never mentioned by the salses agent. I also have whatsapp conversations and voice notes from the sales agent explaining that my debit installments were to start in January 2023 following my initial payment of R150.00 because I was signed up under the black Friday special

why wpuld vumatell sell us a lie though? isnt lying to potential customers about "a" companies worth an offence?????😡😡
