Deceptive slithering snakes
Vumatel and MWeb are the most, greedy underhanded bunch of snakes I have ever had to deal with and they hide behind each other - 2 increases this year alone is just not acceptable in my mind - but maybe I'm too narrow minded They come in with this attractive affordable price and get you to sign a 2 or 3 year contract and then the keep applying price increases. If they had bothered to mention that they can and will continuously increase their prices during the 3 year contract, I would have told them very nicely just what to do with their product, but no they are underhanded and leave these important details in the fine print - scaly animals - that all they are- slithering snakes.

Due to the rising costs of maintenance and infrastructure upgrades, we adjust our line rental fees once a year to ensure that our networkremains in a perfect state. Kindly note that we did a rate adjustment across all speeds and ISPs.As a Fibre network operator, we wholesale fibre to ISPs and they in turn retail to end consumers. It is then up to the ISP to determine how the new prices of their products.
