There is no customer service assistance at all in this company. they have debited my Account X5 times in September 2025 and to date after numerous phone calls and emails, they have not refunded my money. they constantly say we will get back to you and they never do. but they still continue to take the next month's and month's after that, installment amount. they owe me a Refund of R1636. this is daylight *****.
