Day light *******

So after a week of struggling to get my wifi up and running, they come with a ridiculous response telling me that I need to make a payment once again. How does this make sense : you pay R400 on the 24th of July only and you have not used the service from the 1st of July up until the 24th of July, decide to put it on, on the 24th of July then the 1st of August they expect another R400. So basically if you take out this wifi on he 30th of for January and pay R400 then the 1st of February you'll have to pay another R400 again, this is day light *******, and then they want you to recommend their service to friends and family.
