DAY 6 - NO INTERNET and NO COMMUNICATION FROM VUMA

DAY 6 - Since Cool Ideas went to Vumatel I have had so much issues with NO RESPONSE from VUMA despite my pleas of working from home and needing the internet. I had NO CONNECTIVITY since SUNDAY March 14th! every day i call they say someone will call and hte matter has been escalated! EVERY DAMN DAY!!! This morning i broke down and cried because in all my life of having uncapped internet I am ever sorry! Thank Goodness for my Vodacom ****le - but that is also limited data and i have had to buy data for days now.
