Damaged property

Good day

On the 31 of October Vumatel/ Supersonic technicians can to install the router at my house and they drilled through my DSTV LNB cable and we were promised that they will come the following day to fix it, they never came or call us to update us. Since then we have been calling and we are being send back and forth by Vuma and Super Sonic.

I'm paying my DSTV account and I'm not watching my TV because they damaged my LNB cable, it's 19 days now and my problem has not been fixed, even my cable outside it's exposed and not in a pvc pipe, all of the houses where installed perfectly except mine yet month end they expect full payment from me. I'm now tired of these empty promises.
